Thales has a vacancy for an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist- (GENERALIST) to join our Integrated Logistics Support team, primarily supporting Engineering Changes (EC) for the AJISS contract supporting the Royal Canadian Navy’s Arctic and Offshore Patrol Vessels (AOPV) and Joint Support Ship (JSS) programs. The ILS Specialist will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing system ILS requirements for systems undergoing ECs to ensure continued system supportability. This position requires a broad and in-depth understanding of all ILS disciplines, with the ability to identify and coordinate necessary updates to existing ILS documentation, manage subcontractor ILS deliverables, and, where needed, perform hands‑on ILS tasks directly. The successful candidate will also lead technical logistics support analyses and contribute to work package planning, scope and resource management, budgeting, risk mitigation, progress tracking, and stakeholder communications to facilitate successful and timely program delivery. Reporting to the LSA Manager, this role works closely with other Work Package Managers and cross‑functional teams.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash 90,000.00 - 125,000 CDN Annual.
