Job Description / Duties

We’re on the hunt for a full-time Autopac/Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join our Winnipeg team. Your mission? Help clients understand their policies without all the confusing jargon, answer their insurance questions with confidence, and make them feel like they’ve got a trusted ally in their corner. Most of your days will be spent with Autopac, managing a book of boat policies (you’ll officially know more about boats than 90% of Manitobans), plus some tenants and condo policies.

Responsibilities
  • Spend most of your time with Autopac and personal lines, managing policies for boats, tenants, and condos.
  • Explain policy details clearly to clients and address insurance questions with confidence.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to ensure clients feel supported and understood.
Qualifications / Required Skills
  • A people-person who can make clients feel at ease (bonus points if you’re the “explain it to me like I’m five” type)
  • Solid insurance knowledge without the robot-speak
  • Sharp eye for detail and problem-solving superpowers
  • A true team player who knows collaboration beats competition
  • Customer service skills that make clients say, “Wow, that was easy!”
  • 2+ years of insurance experience
  • Autopac and personal lines expertise (if you can talk plates and policies in your sleep, even better)
