Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative.
  • RIBO license required.
  • Experience with EPIC is beneficial.

As an Account Manager in our Commercial Lines division, you\'ll be a key member of our Customer Service team. Reporting to the Commercial Lines Manager, you\'ll provide exceptional service to our clients and support the Account Executive in managing day-to-day activities.

What you will do
  • Organize client documentation and maintain activity logs
  • Track and follow up on policy documents
  • Prepare client-facing materials: invoices, letters, certificates, etc.
  • Administer client renewals
  • Coordinate routine policy changes, additions, deletions, and cancellations
  • Research and analyze information for strategic client decisions
  • Assist in marketing risks and placing coverage
  • Handle small business account placements
  • Communicate with insurers to support brokering functions
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and team projects

What we would like you to bring
