Could you be the full‑time Training Coordinator in Toronto, ON we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and training expertise in a new cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You’ll play a central role in reducing the carbon footprint of Canada’s busiest public transit system while helping to develop the skills and competencies of our workforce. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., project managers, human resources, and technical teams), deliver training programs, and assess employee competencies, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of delivering and supervising training programs, maintaining training documentation, and certifying staff competencies, but also ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Relevant certifications in training and competency management (e.g., IRSE, Train the Trainer).
At least 5 years of experience in training management, competency assessment, or related fields within the railway or engineering sector.
Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to training and competency (e.g. IRSE).
Proficiency in computer office applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in both office and field environments under varying conditions (fit for duty).
