Inside Sales Representatives (Heavy Duty Parts)

We are seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative for Heavy Duty parts to join the team at our Edmonton West location.

What you will do:
  • As an industry expert, you will sell aftermarket heavy‑duty parts to customers and build long‑lasting customer relationships.
  • Optimize each transaction by advising on products, product applications, returns, warranty claims, and special orders to meet all customer needs.
  • Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product catalogues, and features.
  • Assist with cash and/or national accounts.
  • Follow company procedures for sales pricing, processing approved credits, invoicing, and freight billing for customers and/or product defects.
  • Complete online training as needed and champion brand lines or products.
  • Uphold and embody FGI Customer Service Standards and Core Values with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Champion FGI's safety culture by performing all duties within established procedures and practices.
  • May be assigned special projects.
  • May deliver parts to customers with a company vehicle.
  • May operate a forklift within the branch.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What we require:
  • High school diploma or other equivalency certificate.
  • 1–5 years of experience selling heavy‑duty parts preferred and/or knowledge of HD trucks or the agricultural industry.
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements: able to lift parts upwards of 50–75 lbs., use ladders at varying heights, and frequently walk in a large warehouse.
  • Excellent customer service skills – dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers.
  • Strong communication skills – confident in delivering clear and detailed information to customers and team members.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and technology – able to learn in‑house systems.
  • Completion of a parts technician trades program is an asset.
  • Proficiency with multiple languages is an asset.
