About: As an Inside Sales Representative at Lawo, you will support the Sales Organization by selling support contracts and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary responsibilities are executing, managing, and growing sales of support contracts (SLA’s) and Lawo Academy (Training) sales opportunities through renewals and new sales.
- Manage the lead lifecycle and coordinate communications to ensure timely follow-up and customer engagement.
- Help develop and support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives by executing targeted outreach and follow-up.
- Support Front Line Sales colleagues with their sales efforts when requested.
- Quickly develop knowledge of Lawo product and solution portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Assist the Sales Support team with quote creation and Jira management when required.
- Occasionally attend trade shows, sales meetings, and road shows.
- Long-range responsibilities may include managing small to mid-size sales opportunities.
Skills & Abilities
- Able to consistently close sales opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of the broadcast and technology sectors preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listener with a ability to identify customer needs.
- Organized and focused with strong time management capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Some presentation skills, specifically the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service—preferably in the broadcast or media technology industry.
- Some knowledge of Lawo’s product portfolio is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Hubspot) platforms is preferred.
