Job Description

Our client has engaged ROSS to find them an exceptional Inside Sales Representative. ROSS is an innovative leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), HR Technology, Recruitment and HR Professional Services. We’re a company of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their Business Growth.

Inside Sales Representative will work with the marketing team to secure new business by profiling data, prospecting and lead generation through cold calling and outbound calling. The primary objective is lead qualification and generating new opportunities for the outside sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead generation, prospecting and cold calling to net new business
  • Navigating through prospecting tools such as Hoovers, Manta and LinkedIn
  • Finding new contacts and entering them into Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Profiling existing data
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Minimum two (2) years proven success in the software industry using inbound and outbound prospecting as primary tools
  • College Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, or Marketing
  • Hunter attitude and ability to cold call in large volumes; willing to spend majority of the day on the phone
  • Personable yet persuasive and able to communicate convincingly over the phone
  • Enjoys the challenge of developing new business
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience is an asset
  • Self‑motivated and self‑driven
