The Infrastructure Analyst / Infrastructure Support role provides hands-on operational support across Microsoft and Azure-based infrastructure environments. This position supports a fast-paced, modern technology organization with a strong focus on cloud services, identity management, and end-user device support. The analyst will provide day-to-day infrastructure and endpoint support, including Azure Active Directory, identity and access management, and Microsoft 365 services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting infrastructure and device issues, managing laptop and device lifecycles, supporting patching and monitoring activities, and maintaining clear technical documentation. This role works closely with internal IT teams and vendors to ensure stable, secure, and reliable technology operations while delivering a professional and responsive end-user support experience.
