Qualifications

  • Priority given to members of the Pessamit community.
  • Experience in human resources supervision is an asset.
  • A combination of training and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a link between employees, the community, businesses, and organizations.
  • Support employees in their integration into the workplace.
  • Help organize workshops on Indigenous culture and safety.

Skills

Knowledge of Indigenous issues
Good command of Microsoft 365
Bilingual in French and Innu

Education

College diploma or certificate in administrative techniques
