Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Training & Development or HR, preferably in multi-site environments.
  • Experience coordinating and delivering training programs, including logistics and scheduling.
  • Comfortable facilitating training sessions for small to mid-sized groups.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update training matrix and curriculum by role.
  • Coordinate the review and update cycle for training programs.
  • Administer and maintain the LMS, including course setups and reports.
  • Conduct basic training needs assessments with leaders and SMEs.
  • Develop and update training materials suitable for diverse staff.
