Qualifications

• 1+ years of related project accounting experience.
• Experience within the construction industry is preferred.
• Strong skill set within Excel (performing functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports the project management team in monthly cost and profitability reporting.
• Coordinates accounts receivable functions including Billing and invoicing.
• Ensures timesheets are processed timely and accurately.
• Tracks subcontractor commitments and enters progress payments.
• Prepares and enters Journal Entries into financial ERP system.
