• At least 3 years of experience in commercial litigation from a leading law firm.
• Practicing member of a Canadian province or US state bar, preferably the Quebec Bar.
• Experience managing complex litigation files at every stage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal clients to resolve various contentious matters.
• Manage Bombardier’s litigation files worldwide.
• Attend depositions, trials, arbitration and mediations as needed.
