Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, or business is preferred.
• 5 years equivalent experience in a related industry will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process large volumes of data efficiently.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy for all digital customers.
• Coordinate with internal and external Accounts Receivable departments.
• Communicate effectively with internal CSSR/DOT members.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Maintain thorough records of invoicing activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers.
• Resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Engage in all digital sales activities.
