What We Are Looking For We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Install Helper / Duct Cleaner to be responsible for performing onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent HVAC installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers and water heaters, including tankless heaters
• Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma in HVAC
• A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter’s License
• Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest / Working from Heights are an asset
• Clear Criminal Record
• A valid class “G” Driver’s License with a clean record
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
• An accountable and responsible personality with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and a positive, driven attitude
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of HVAC elements as per manufacturer and TSSA Standards
