A leading educational institution in Brockville seeks a Human Resources Officer to provide consulting and administrative services related to staffing, compensation, and employee relations. Ideal candidates will possess a University Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and 2-3 years of experience. Responsibilities include assisting in hiring processes and managing payroll preparation. This position offers a salary range of $72,561.00 - $94,327.00, commensurate with experience.

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing consulting and administrative services related to staffing, compensation and benefits administration, human resources information system (HRIS) administration and employee relations. Other responsibilities include: developing, administering and coordinating annual staffing processes, assisting Principals and Managers with the hiring process and evaluating employee documentation in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
Minimum of a University Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration. Must hold or be working towards Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) Designation.
Minimum of 2-3 years.
