To support ongoing operations and organizational growth, the District is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team.
This is a senior, hands-on role combining human resources leadership with office management oversight. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations while overseeing a small administrative team of three staff. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping people practices, ensuring compliance, supporting leadership, and maintaining efficient office operations working out of the company’s Strathmore office.
