The typical salary range for this position is $47,680.00 - $65,560.00 annually. The base salary offered will be determined based on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity considerations.
This is a posting for an existing permanent full-time position.
The department is responsible for managing electronic and hard copy files for over 28,000 employees, over 280 stores and over 75 pharmacies. Our weekly average transactions are over 1000 per week. Our Team has 7 team members supporting the stores, pharmacies and office employees.
This position is responsible for the processing of employee master data changes in a timely and accurate manner within an assigned territory. The Human Resources Coordinator is also responsible for supporting the stores with Fiori‑SAP, Employment Standards Act(ESA) leaves, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) obligations while aligning all paperwork transactions with the many collective agreements. The role includes analyzing details and problem solving with our Store Management, Bookkeepers/Head Cashiers as well as running weekly reports to ensure master data changes are communicated accurately to key departments and the various union offices.
