Aramark Canada’s HR Team is looking for an energetic and driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced work environment to support multiple sites in Manitoba.
The field HR Business Partner works with District Managers and their teams, providing HR leadership, expertise and support in the areas of engagement, change management, employee and labour relations, talent management, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, leadership development, and HR policy administration and compliance. The field HR Business Partner spends most of their time in the field, visiting client accounts on a regular basis, and getting to know the details of each line of business they are supporting.
