As an HR Technology Analyst, you will play a key role in advancing HR technology by identifying business needs and contributing to solutions that enhance efficiency and elevate the employee experience. In this position, you’ll help ensure systems remain secure, scalable, and optimized. Leveraging your technical expertise, analytical skills, and collaborative approach, you will inform strategic decisions and support the successful delivery of key initiatives.

We offer competitive compensation that recognizes individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $87,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
