Job Description
  • HR Strategy & Policy: Design and implement HR systems, policies, and compensation frameworks aligned with business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Performance Management: Oversee goal-setting, evaluations, and calibration meetings; train managers on effective feedback and governance.
  • Organization & Culture: Support workforce planning, organizational design, and initiatives that strengthen company values and engagement.
  • Employee Relations: Manage workplace issues, investigations, and disciplinary processes with fairness and compliance.
  • HR Operations: Optimize HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration; ensure accurate records and regulatory compliance.

The Successful Applicant
  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of general HR experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Previous experience in the industrial automation/manufacturing sector will be an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Canada.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
