A healthcare rehabilitation facility in Vancouver is seeking a Human Resources professional to provide operational and consultative support to management. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, coordinating employee relations, recruitment, and overseeing benefits. Candidates should have strong communication and analytical skills, as well as experience with HR databases. Position Summary: Provides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis. Responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the hospital’s human resources policies, programs, and practices including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety and health. Develops human resources policies and procedures. Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures. Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources.
Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
