Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally in an administrator or coordinator capacity.
  • Working towards, or completion of, the CHRP designation is considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices.

  • Administer and execute all existing HR programs and initiatives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Coordinate the performance review cycle and support employee development initiatives.
