Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning, organization, and implementation of real‑estate projects.
  • Oversee project processes and procedures; monitor the productivity and performance of the project team.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress of project activities.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and completion of project goals.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, CRE, external vendors, and contractors to minimize disruptions to business operations.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of proven experience in managing complex projects.
  • 2–3 years of corporate real‑estate knowledge, including familiarity with design, renovation, and relocation projects.
  • Experience managing external vendors and contractors to ensure timelines and requirements are met.
  • Strong stakeholder/relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (email, presentations) and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to Have
  • RBC Corporate Real‑Estate knowledge.
  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Knowledge of facilities management and operations.
