A busy family in Calgary is seeking a reliable House Manager & Family Assistant to handle household tasks and support children. Responsibilities include organizing the home, meal prep for the family, and managing schedules. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to commit for at least 2 years. This part-time position offers $20.23/hour based on experience, with potential for additional responsibilities.

Compensation : $2023 / hour based on experience (contract worker, mileage for job duties reimbursed at $0.72 / km)
Requirements : Must have reliable car and valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement provided), non-smoker, pass background check, CPR certification preferred
Proposed Schedule : Monday–Friday, approximately 1 PM – 6 PM (occasional overnights appreciated) (Fridays may be optional)

Life in our household is joyful, high-energy, and sometimes unpredictable. We want someone who can roll with the punches and bring calm, fun, and order to our days.

This person will help manage household tasks, prep meals, support the kids with after-school routines, and support in calming the behind-the-scenes chaos. The ideal candidate should feel like an older sibling—kind, playful, creative, and firm when needed—while also being organized, detail-oriented, and respectful of our family’s values.
