Overview

Hourly Amusement Cashier - The Rec Room Brentwood — Cineplex, Burnaby, BC

Location: 1920 Willingdon Ave., Burnaby, BC V5C 0K6, Canada

Responsibilities

• Promote an outstanding entertainment experience to guests in accordance with The Rec Room’s standards of operation.
• Ensure transactions are entered correctly and in line with Rec Room policies and cash handling procedures.
• Educate guests on The Rec Room offerings to maximize their visit.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked counter.
• Deliver exceptional service and entertainment experiences to guests.
• Upsell retail items, prizing, and explain product functionality.
• Set up and tear down for functions, events and activities.
• Inform guests of pricing for special events, promotions and daily events.
• Ensure guests adhere to site health and safety policies and procedures.
• Relay guest inquiries and concerns to Supervisors as needed.
• Cash handling and processing transactions per standards.
