The Scheduler will coordinate home support service schedules, manage timekeeping tasks, and enter data into the system. Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self‑directed Scheduler to support the Home and Community Care department.
The Home Support Scheduler is responsible for developing and coordinating home support service schedules by preparing and adjusting schedules in accordance with service referral requests and applicable collective agreements, scheduling Community Health Workers (CHW) as authorized by clinicians, entering data into computer system, and carrying out timekeeping tasks such as coordinating work schedules on the scheduling software system.
Monday to Friday, Days, 06:30 to 14:30

Grade 12. Graduation from a recognized Office Administration Certificate program and two (2) years recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
