Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate patient health records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies across electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Implement and maintain data integrity standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to ensure compliance with HIPAA.
  • Conduct regular audits and generate reports to monitor data quality.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on data entry protocols.
