Qualifications

• Diploma in Communicative Disorders Assistant from a CDAAC-recognized program required.
• 1–2 years of experience working in a hearing aid centre is preferred.
• Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting customer product issues.
• Perform hearing screenings and annual hearing assessments.
• Manage documentation for customer purchases and insurance claims.
• Recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities.
