Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years security or law enforcement experience required.
• Healthcare facility security experience preferred.
• Complete CPI/De-escalation training within 180 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and security services including patrolling locations.
• Assist patients and caregivers in crisis situations.
• Respond to emergency situations and apply appropriate protocols.
• Coordinate with external safety and law enforcement agencies.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills

Ability to perform data entry
