We are seeking a Head of Sales and Logistics to lead BHP’s potash sales and marketing entry into North America. Responsible for all North American potash sales and marketing activity, including regional sales strategy, customer relationship management and contract negotiation, product management (book position), as well as downstream logistics execution (for example, barging and warehousing). Executes across functional boundaries to deliver a value optimised sales book and effective execution. This role is the external face to stakeholders, including senior executives (CEO, CFO, CMO) from customers, suppliers (logistics, surveyors), traders and industry associations (including customs agents).
