Develop / streamline relevant processes for software development, deployment, and testing.
Create processes for deployment, monitoring, and enhancements.
Develop security protocols and testing strategies
At least 5+ years of proven experience leading software development teams (mentoring and developing talent)
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Angular Js, .NET / C#, MS Sql Server
Strong time management skills
Experience developing unique solutions to technical challenges
