We are seeking a visionary yet hands-on IT leader to reimagine and lead Banyan’s Corporate IT function. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring that our IT environment is both future-ready and reliable day-to-day. The Head of Corporate IT will drive our digital workplace strategy, creating a seamless, integrated, and secure end-user experience that enables productivity across our globally distributed workforce.
The ideal candidate combines strategic foresight with operational rigor, partnering closely with executive leadership and stakeholders to modernize IT systems while championing a culture of service excellence, simplicity, and innovation. This leader will develop and execute an IT transformation strategy that modernizes our core systems, improves the employee technology experience, strengthens IT governance, and ensures we are resourced appropriately to meet evolving demands. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in IT operations and infrastructure, coupled with a strategic understanding of enterprise architecture and how IT can support scalable, secure, and cost-effective business processes.
