A leading fashion retailer in Metro Vancouver is looking for a Sales Advisor to provide excellent customer service and support successful sales. You will engage with customers, promote products, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment. Ideal candidates should be passionate about fashion, have experience in retail, and thrive in a collaborative team setting. As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support and guidance. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You'll also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Compensation: Salary range starting at $17.85 hourly**

We use an online assessment tool called Maki for skills‑based selection of applicants for sales advisor positions within some of our stores. Maki is not an automated decision‑making tool. Rather, it is a tool that uses an AI‑created avatar to present to you a set of multiple‑choice questions. These questions are prepared by the H&M hiring team to assess candidates’ ability to perform the duties of the position for which they are applying. The assessment calculates your total score based on predefined point values provided by our H&M team. The hiring team will review your whole application, including your assessment score, to decide whether to advance each candidate to the next stage. Doing the assessment is optional. If you choose to complete the assessment, your score will be one factor that the hiring team considers.
