Position Description :

CGI is seeking a Technical Lead with Guidewire experience to join a project team at one of our clients in the insurance sector.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• Responsible for delivering Guidewire software solutions, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of applications to ensure alignment with IT strategies and compliance with company standards;
• Define and implement best practices in development and architecture;
• Mentor team members on technical and methodological aspects;
• Collaborate with product, business, and infrastructure teams to successfully complete projects;
• Optimize system performance and reliability through continuous process and application improvements;
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and technological standards, playing a strategic role in project success.

Required qualifications :

• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, including at least 6 years in a similar role;
• Extensive experience with Guidewire Cloud products, especially PolicyCenter, ClaimsCenter, and BillingCenter;
• Proficiency in Gosu, Java, and AWS programming languages;
• GW ACE (Mammoth) certification is a significant asset;
• Strong understanding of software architecture and API integrations.
