Job Description

As the Growth OS coordinator for Publicis Media, you will be an important member of a new and growing team team which pursues and activates against our newly developed and leading audience data solution and locally adapted Global operating system, driving growth and measurable results for the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Product lead and audience strategy director in managing project timelines and next steps
  • Following up with key individuals when deliverables impact Growth OS and Epsilon ID development timelines
  • Assist in the development and organization of supportive data and research for data partner analysis
  • Assist in updating client facing materials on Growth OS and Epsilon ID
  • Attend Epsilon ID and Growth OS meetings with the responsibility of taking meeting minutes, coordinating with the 5822 project manager in sharing key takeaways and next steps
  • Gain an understanding of the data partner landscape and audience data sets
  • Learn about the Growth OS modules and the capabilities that exist within each – develop a strong working knowledge on what they are and how to use them
  • Manage contracts/ and invoices and any resulting revisions with our data partners with the responsibility off addressing discrepant invoices
  • Assist with billing / operations process
  • Responsible for updating budget trackers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; degree or concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred
  • Track record of success throughout post-secondary career and previous employment
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency, particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and able to produce accurate work product
  • Familiarity with ad ops and adtech platforms
