ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer to bring the ExperiencePoint brand to life through thoughtfully crafted visual assets that elevate product experiences, strengthen marketing and sales efforts, and ensure a cohesive, high impact presence across every touchpoint. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Creative Director and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to support our incredible experiences in ways that serve our clients, strengthen our business, and advance our mission.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Create designs that align with the look, feel and tone of our brand guidelines while actively participating in the ongoing optimization of our brand voice articulation
  • Create digital and print assets for our Marketing and Sales teams
  • Adapt ideas to various media (traditional, online and digital media) and think holistically across channels
  • Participate in and own the scoping, development and execution of brand‑related materials as required across digital (websites, email, social media, etc.), print, packaging, and brand collateral
  • Work closely with the Creative and Development teams to ensure implementation of a unified vision and direction on all projects
  • Improve assets that are not up to brand standards
  • Stay current with industry & design trends in order to keep the brand fresh
  • Provide and receive constructive critiques of work in order to improve
  • Voice concerns and/or questions during meetings in order to get clarification or to challenge ideas in order to make them better
  • Attend regular meetings with various departments in order to understand creative asks
  • Use a design thinking approach to experiment with a variety of design choices
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in graphic design or creative similar roles
  • Comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas; easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions; tends to be seen as original and value‑added in brainstorming settings.
  • Is good at bringing the creative ideas of others to market; has good judgment about which creative ideas and suggestions will work; has a sense of managing the creative process of others; can facilitate effective brainstorming; can project how potential ideas may play out in the marketplace.
  • Knows personal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and limits; seeks feedback; gains insights from mistakes; is open to criticism; isn’t defensive; is receptive to talking about shortcomings; looks forward to balanced (+’s and -'s) performance reviews and career decisions.
  • Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; isn’t upset when things are up in the air; doesn’t have to finish things before moving on; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Nice to Have
  • Has used software like Figma, WordPress, Elementor to create logos, brochures, social media graphics, and web assets.

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

💰The annual base salary range for this position based in Canada is $60,000.00 to 75,000.00 CAD. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on job related skills and depth of experience. ExperiencePoint is committed to fair and transparent pay practices.
