  • A heavy machinery operator certification is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and team collaboration in fast-paced work settings.
  • A personal pickup truck is required (mileage compensation provided).

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate grading equipment to maintain roads and optimize terrain conditions.
  • Conduct grading, snow plowing, and clearing operations to ensure safe year-round road accessibility.
  • Work day and night shifts, with overtime beyond 50 hours per week when needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections and minor maintenance to ensure peak machinery performance.
  • Work independently and alongside field teams to ensure timely project completion.
