Qualifications

• Must have 2 or more years of experience in technical service, field service, repair or customer service.
• Strong electrical and computer systems experience with high level diagnostic skills.
• Experience in computer software/file management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Demonstrate and train customers on equipment use.
• Travel 100% for service calls, both regionally and internationally.
