Position Details

Employment Type : Full-time Contract (10-week contract; starting from November 3 to Jan 9, 2026)

Reports to : Manager, Gift Administration

Direct Reports : -

Salary : $26.00 per hour

Work Location : Toronto

Work Environment : In-person position; 5 days a week.

The Donor Engagement Administration team functions as the first point of contact with supporters who call UNICEF. The Gift Administration Coordinator is responsible for maintaining data quality and integrity within our Database Management systems.

Key Accountabilities

  • Data Entry (100%)
  • Accurately input donations into database in a timely manner as required
  • Seasonal campaign assistance will include Survival Gifts
  • Ensure optimal data quality by monitoring order fulfillment
  • Assisting with simple queries / exports as required
  • Perform other duties as needed to support team objectives

  • Experience using Microsoft Office products especially Excel and Access applications
