Responsibilities

• Perform a range of carpentry tasks, including framing, backing, trim work, and installations, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools essential for building construction.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately.
• Execute material take-offs with precision to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate effectively within a team or independently, adapting to project needs.
• Assist and coordinate with other suppliers and trades to ensure project progression.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are orderly.
• Handle, load, and transport materials, equipment, and tools to project sites.
• Effectively manage the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Undertake additional tasks as directed by supervisors, contributing to project success.
• Contribute to manual labor tasks as required by supervisors.
• Handle medium to high physical demands, including lifting (20-100 lbs).
• Promote safety by identifying and promptly reporting potential hazards.
• Adhere to ANC Modular Inc Ontario Health and Safety Association, and MSDS safety standards.
