Overview

Join Our Team at Spruce View Gas Bar! We are currently seeking casual Gas Bar Attendants to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Position

Gas Bar Attendant

Casual: Less than 24 hours per week

Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the pump
• Dispense fuel and propane with precision
• Perform windshield cleaning and check oil/fluid levels
• Process fuel and merchandise payments efficiently
• Receive, unpack, and display merchandise with care
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform car wash cleaning duties as needed – applicable locations
• Support marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years old (as per government regulations for dispensing fuel and propane)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
• Previous experience in fuel dispensing is an asset; training available
