A technology-driven insurance company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to support and maintain their IT systems. This role requires strong communication skills and a basic understanding of Windows environments. Responsibilities include processing support requests, troubleshooting hardware issues, and ensuring network functionality. The ideal candidate will have a minimum grade 12 education and some experience in IT. This position is based in Markham, requiring periodic in-office presence.
We are looking to hire a Technical Support Analyst to join our Mississauga team. The main purpose of this role is to maintain company computer software and hardware. Applicants should work well in a fast-paced environment and have proven organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate for this position must reside locally and be able to attend the Markham office as required.
