What You Will Be Doing
  • Consistently delivering thoughtful, professional, and proactive guest service
  • Taking initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Greeting, check‑in, responding to requests, and settling accounts with exceptional service
  • Promoting hotel facilities and upselling to enhance a guest’s stay
  • Promoting loyalty programs and driving revenue through upselling guest experiences
  • Following departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and following safety policies
  • Performing other duties as required to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
  • Service‑focused personality with experience in a guest‑facing role
  • Luxury hotel experience is an asset
  • Experience with Opera or related systems
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset
  • Accurate and efficient cash handling skills
  • Ability to stay calm and courteous while addressing guest needs
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional and articulate communication style
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Willingness to work rotating and flexible schedules, including early mornings, late nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Aspects
  • Standing and walking for long periods
  • Lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
  • Regular kneeling, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and navigating stairs or ramps

Visa Requirements : Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
