Member & Guest Services Administrator

Seasonal, Full-Time (Wednesday–Sunday, plus school breaks and winter holidays)

Craigleith Ski Club is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Member & Guest Services Administrator to join our team for the upcoming winter season. This full-time seasonal role is an integral front-line position, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience for our members and their guests while handling a variety of administrative and system-based tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact for members and guests.
  • Process ticket sales, reservations, and member account transactions using Jonas Club Software.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
  • Support events and special programs with registration, reporting, and coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth member and guest experience.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or front desk roles.
  • Strong computer skills, including:
  • Jonas Club Software / Point of Sale (asset).
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite (required).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
  • Employment Type: Seasonal, Full-Time
  • Work Schedule: Primarily Wednesday to Sunday, with additional shifts during school breaks and winter holidays.
