Shift Schedule: 4-on/4-off rotation (4 day shifts, 4 off, 4 night shifts, 4 off)

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipment

  • Contribute to site-wide safety and quality initiatives
  • Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and production teams to keep our facility running at optimal capacity
Qualifications
  • Journeyman Millwright Certification (Alberta or Red Seal)
  • Electrical or Power Engineering/Steam Ticket is an asset
  • Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or production
  • Experience with predictive maintenance, instrumentation, and PLCs is an asset
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Ability to lift/carry 45-60 lbs continuously for 8-12 hours
  • Ability to push/pull up to 80 lbs frequently
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping
  • Completion of required Safety and Quality/Food Safety training and compliance with all site policies
