Job Purpose

The Speech Language Pathology Supervisor is responsible for supervising the delivery of assessment, consultation and rehabilitation services for individuals with communication and / or swallowing disorders.

Qualifications

• A Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Must be registered and a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists and eligible for membership with the Speech Language Pathologists and Audiology Canada (SAC).
• Must have three years of related experience.
• Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Good work record.

Key Responsibilities

• Assigning, overseeing, reviewing and evaluating service delivery
• Planning, directing and evaluating therapy programs and services
• Providing staff orientation and coordinating staff development programs
