Job description

With a deep understanding of financial planning, modeling, and analysis, the FP&A Manager will contribute to the financial team's budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation, and business strategic analysis. As an FP&A Manager, you will hold a high level of responsibility and trust within the organization. The ideal candidate for this role is independent, responsible, and professional and can work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-organizational team, deep knowledge of financial modeling (GTM in particular) of SaaS companies, and an understanding of commercial activities.

This full-time position is based in Ukraine and entails a significant role within Bizzabo’s team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience as an FP&A Analyst/Manager in the hi-tech SaaS industry, possess hands‑on and self‑learning abilities and interpersonal skills, and serve as a strong team player.

Requirements

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct the monthly, quarterly, and annual BvA processes and prepare ongoing reports to the company’s stakeholders.
• Build and maintain complex revenue forecast models and business plan; Responsible for sales transaction analyses & other profitability analyses, calculate and analyze key SaaS metrics
• Develop financial models to help with planning, investment, and ROI analyses
• Manage the company’s annual budget and long‑term financial operating plans
• Deliver key financial forecasting, along with insightful performance reporting and analysis
• Provide the analytical insights to identify risks and opportunities associated with the business
• Become a strategic business partner to the business and collaborate in cross‑functional teams with respect for planning, BvA, and analysis
• Work closely with various interfaces within Accounting, Bookkeeping, Procurement, Revenue & Business Operations, GTM, and GTP in the organization
• Prepare management reports and commentary on the business, delivering insightful analysis
• Ad‑hoc projects, as well as automation projects and process improvements

Who you are

• At least 2 years in major consulting companies (Deloitte, PWC, EY, KPMG, Bain, BCG, McKinsey) and at least 3 years as an FP&A Analyst/Manager with a global tech company, preferably SaaS
• Proficient with financial modeling; Excellent understanding of GTM modeling
• Proven project management experience and presentation skills with high‑quality service;
• Superior analytical skills with excellent data collection and 360 business view
• Excellent Excel skills are a must, SQL or Python would be an advantage
• Significant experience using ERP and CRM is a MUST, with Netsuite and Salesforce being preferred
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsFluent English (spoken and written)
