A leading North American bakery company is looking for an individual contributor in their Research and Development group. This role focuses on business continuity projects, commercialization, and process improvement. Candidates should have 1-3 years of Food R&D experience and a relevant Bachelor’s degree. Strong communication skills and creativity are essential. The position requires flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to a dynamic environment.
This is an individual contributor role in the Research and Development group. The scope of this role expands over multiple facets of R&D, but primarily focusing on business continuity projects, commercialization, process improvement and plant support.
