A culinary services firm is seeking a Cook responsible for preparing and cooking food while training kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in food service, knowledge of sanitation standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position is located in Canada, offering the opportunity to handle various culinary tasks and maintain high-quality standards.
The Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and handling food. S/he will be responsible for training and overseeing kitchen helpers and uphold all Provincial Health Standards as well as the company Standards to safely deliver the highest quality food possible
An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. S/he must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. The candidate must be willing to migrate and work in Canada.
