Role Description
  • Present and sell finance, lease, warranty, and protection products in a transparent and professional manner
  • Work closely with lenders to secure competitive approvals and funding
  • Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain strong CSI by creating a smooth, pressure-free delivery experience
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to maximize profitability while protecting customer trust
  • Accurately complete and submit all documentation in a timely manner
  • Stay current on lender programs, OEM incentives, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
  • Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of sub-prime and prime lending
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • AMVIC certification (or ability to obtain)
